Beyond the Bible: Expanding Our Faith Through Spiritual Understanding

Greetings & Blessings to All…

As we have posted our events and the work we are doing, we have run up against a few of our neighbors who have called what we are doing “Creepy”, or attracting “Demons”, and telling us to read the Bible.

We understand where you’re coming from, and it’s important to address any concerns with clarity and respect. When people hear about some of the work we do, it can sometimes conjure up images that seem foreign or even unsettling, especially when viewed through the lens of traditional religious practices like those found in the Bible.

However, it’s crucial to recognize that what we’re doing isn’t a departure from Biblical teachings but rather an extension of them. The Bible teaches us to seek wisdom, to love one another, and to deepen our relationship with the Divine.

These principles form the foundation of Blue Feather Healing and Growth Center.

We believe that spirituality, in its true essence, is about cultivating a personal and profound connection with Spirit. It’s about recognizing the presence of the Divine in all aspects of life and embracing the depth of that connection in ways that resonate with our souls.

In many ways, what we’re doing is taking the teachings of the Bible and applying them to a broader understanding of the universe and our place within it. We still honor the teachings of Christ—His messages of love, compassion, forgiveness, and service to others are central to our practice. What our work offers us is a way to experience these teachings on a deeper, more personal level, allowing us to grow in our faith and understanding.

For example, when we talk about energy, meditation, or healing, these concepts are not in conflict with the Bible. Instead, they are ways to experience the peace that the Bible promises, to connect with the Holy Spirit more intimately, and to live out the fruits of the Spirit in our daily lives. Spirituality, as we practice it, is about living the Word of God more fully and authentically.

I would encourage you to view our approach not as something “creepy” or contrary to the Bible, but as a way to enhance our understanding of God's vast and infinite creation. We’re all on a journey of faith, and sometimes that journey takes us into new territories of understanding.

If you’d like to discuss this further, we’d be more than happy to explore these ideas with you, with an open heart and mind.

Blessings, Love & Light…
